In certain cases, we also collect data from other sources. Without the provision of this data, it is not possible to process applications or subsequently manage the employment relationship.   <\/p><p>We process the following categories of personal data:<\/p><ul><li>Names<\/li><li>Addresses<\/li><li>Contact details<\/li><li>Application data<\/li><li>Certificates<\/li><li>Social security data<\/li><li>Bank details<\/li><li>Contract data<\/li><li>Driving and rest times<\/li><li>Driver&#8217;s license data<\/li><li>Location data of the vehicles<\/li><\/ul><p>The personal data concerning you will be processed for the following purposes on the following legal basis:<\/p><ul><li>We process your personal data for as long as is necessary to make a decision about your application. If an employment relationship between you and us is not established, we may continue to store data if this is necessary to defend against possible legal claims. The application documents will be deleted no later than six months after notification of the rejection decision, unless longer storage is required due to legal disputes or you have given your consent.  <\/li><li>We process your personal data that is necessary for the performance of the employment relationship. This is done in particular for the purposes of personnel administration and payroll accounting. The data is stored for the duration of the employment relationship and after its end until the expiry of the statutory retention period. In addition, we store the data required for an obituary.   <\/li><li>We process driving license data and data on drivers&#8217; driving times and rest periods in order to comply with legal obligations. This is done in particular for the purpose of fulfilling the legal regulations on the transportation of goods. The data is stored until the expiry of the statutory retention period under the Driving Personnel Act.  <\/li><li>We process location and condition data of our vehicles within the scope of our legitimate interest in accordance with  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.datenschutz-manager-24.de\/dsgvo\/art-6-dsgvo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">  6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR  <\/a>  to monitor, control and optimize our vehicle fleet and to comply with legal obligations under  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.datenschutz-manager-24.de\/dsgvo\/art-6-dsgvo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Art. 6 para. 1 lit c GDPR <\/a>. As we know which driver uses which vehicle, we can also deduce the location of the employee concerned. This data is stored for the duration of vehicle use. <\/li><li>We use data on driving style to reward employees who drive particularly economically. This processing is carried out in the interests of the drivers and on the basis of their consent in accordance with   <a href=\"https:\/\/www.datenschutz-manager-24.de\/dsgvo\/art-6-dsgvo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">  6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR  <\/a>. If you do not give us your consent, you will not be able to benefit from the bonus system.<\/li><\/ul><h4><strong>3. recipients of personal data<\/strong><\/h4><p>We only pass on your data to third parties if this is necessary to fulfill the purpose. Furthermore, data is passed on on the basis of legal regulations in accordance with   <a href=\"https:\/\/www.datenschutz-manager-24.de\/dsgvo\/art-6-dsgvo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Art. 6(1)(c) and (e) GDPR  <\/a>  to authorities and social insurance institutions.<\/p><p>M\u00f6nig Holding GmbH performs various accounting and administrative tasks for us as our parent company.
