2. purpose and legal basis
We process personal data that we receive or collect from you as part of the application process or employment relationship. In certain cases, we also collect data from other entities. Unless otherwise stated, all data is processed on the basis of § 26 BDSG . Without the provision of this data, the processing of applications or the subsequent management of the employment relationship is not possible.

The personal data concerning you are processed for the following purposes on the following legal basis:
- We process your personal data as long as this is necessary about the decision on your application. If an employment relationship between you and us does not come about, we may continue to store data beyond this insofar as this is necessary to defend against possible legal claims. Application documents will be deleted no later than six months after notification of the rejection decision, unless longer storage is required due to legal disputes or your consent has been obtained.
- We process your personal data that is required for the implementation of the employment relationship. This is done in particular for the purposes of personnel administration and payroll accounting. The data is stored for the duration of the employment relationship and after its end until the expiry of the statutory retention period. In addition, we store the data required for an obituary.
- To fulfill legal obligations, we process driver’s license data and data on driving times and rest periods of drivers. This is done in particular for the purpose of fulfilling the legal requirements for the carriage of goods. The data is stored until the expiry of the statutory retention period from the Driving Personnel Act.
- We process location and condition data of our vehicles within the scope of our legitimate interest according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO to monitor, control and optimize our vehicle fleet as well as to fulfill legal obligations according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit c DSGVO. Since we know which driver uses which vehicle, we can thus also infer the location of the employee in question. This data is stored for the duration of the vehicle use.
- We use data on driving style in order to hereby reward employees who drive particularly economically. This processing is carried out in the interest of the drivers and on the basis of their consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO. If you do not give us your consent for this, you cannot benefit from the reward system.
3. recipients of personal data
We only pass on your data to third parties if this should become necessary for the fulfillment of the purpose. Furthermore, data is passed on to authorities and social insurance carriers on the basis of legal regulations according to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. c and e DSGVO.
Mönig Holding GmbH performs various accounting and administrative tasks for us as our parent company. The transfer of data to the parent company is based on our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO to simplify the processes within the group.
In addition, in various cases we use order processors in accordance with Art. 28 DSGVO, which may receive data from us or have access to your data in connection with their services.
