Tax-privileged transportation
Dispatch and receipt of excise goods under suspension of excise duty (EMCS):
- We specialize in handling shipments under suspension of alcohol and energy tax. With our distribution permit, we are authorized to ship energy products under tax suspension to companies with a user permit and the approval of a registered consignee.
- As a registered consignee within the meaning of Section 4 EnergieStG, we are authorized to receive energy products free of excise duty via the EMCS procedure. As a registered consignor in accordance with Section 9b EnergieStG, we can also transport the products efficiently and in compliance with the regulations in drop shipments.
